Pressure washing in Morgan Hill and the South Bay

Stucco, siding, concrete, decks and fences washed at the right pressure for the surface, as a refresh or as the first step of a paint job.

The short version: We wash houses, driveways, patios, decks and commercial buildings with commercial equipment set to the right pressure for each surface, so nothing gets damaged. The estimate is free, itemized and in writing. Call or text (408) 464-7665.

Why every paint job starts with a wash

Paint over dust, chalk, mildew or pollen fails early. It looks fine for a season and then peels in sheets because it never bonded to the wall. Every Color Pros exterior starts with a pressure wash for that reason, and the house has to dry before anything else happens. Judy Blair’s Google review of her exterior mentions it in passing: they power-washed the house, then did the detailed prep.

Washing on its own

Not every house needs paint. Sometimes a wash is all it takes to bring back a stucco wall, a driveway black with tire marks or a patio green with algae. We offer washing as its own service for homeowners and businesses who want the property to look cared for without a full paint job.

What we wash

  • Home exteriors: stucco, wood, fiber cement, brick
  • Concrete driveways and garage floors
  • Walkways, paths and patios
  • Decks and wood structures
  • Fences and gates
  • Commercial building exteriors
  • Eaves and soffits
  • Retaining walls

The right pressure for the surface

Too much pressure cuts wood, drives water behind stucco and lifts window seals. The crew sets the pressure and the nozzle for each surface and uses a cleaner where it is needed, so the dirt comes off and the surface stays. That is the difference between a contractor’s wash and a rented machine.

“Amazing service. Very friendly and professional. I loved the work that was done on out home. We had the entire outside of the house repainted. Good pricing with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Color Pros to my friends and family. …”

Pressure washing questions

Will pressure washing damage my stucco?

Not at the right pressure. Stucco is washed at a lower setting with a wide fan, and we keep the water out of cracks and vents.

Can you wash the roof?

We wash eaves, gutters and soffits. Roof washing depends on the roof material; ask when you call.

How long does the house take to dry before painting?

A day or two in summer, longer in cool weather. We schedule the wash so the painting starts when the walls are dry.

Do you wash commercial buildings?

Yes, including parking areas, walkways and storefronts, scheduled for when the business is closed.
