How a job goes
You call or text (408) 464-7665, or send the quote form. Ramon asks for your name, the address and what you have in mind, and sets a time to come out. He measures, looks at the condition of the surfaces, talks colors with you if you want, and sends an itemized estimate. When you say go, the crew is scheduled and you get a start date.
On the job, everything is masked and covered before a can is opened: windows, doors, brick, stone, plants, floors and furniture. Prep is done properly because that is what makes paint last. The crew cleans up at the end of every day, and at the end of the job Ramon walks the work with you before anyone calls it finished.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Color Pros Inc holds California contractor’s license #982715 (C-33 Painting and Decorating) with a contractor’s bond and workers’ compensation on file with the state. You can check the license on the CSLB website.
What does EPA Lead-Safe Certified mean?
Homes built before 1978 can have lead paint under the current coat. The EPA requires certified firms to test, contain and clean up when they disturb it. Color Pros is certified, so older homes are handled the way the rule requires.
How long does it take to paint a house?
It depends on the size of the house and how much repair there is. Ramon puts the schedule in the estimate so you know the days before anyone starts.
Do you help pick colors?
Yes, it is part of the estimate. Ramon looks at the light, the floors, the roof and your HOA’s palette if there is one, and narrows it to a few samples.
What paint do you use?
Premium lines from the major brands, matched to the surface: exterior acrylics for stucco and wood, low-VOC interior paints, cabinet-grade enamels for kitchens, penetrating stains for decks. Ask for a brand if you have one.
Do I have to be home while you paint?
Not for exteriors. For interiors someone usually lets the crew in the first morning; after that it is up to you. The crew cleans up every day.
How do I pay?
Ramon goes over the payment terms with the estimate, in writing, before any work is scheduled.
