Working around an open business
A restaurant cannot close for a week and a store cannot smell of paint on Saturday. We schedule commercial interiors for evenings, early mornings or the days you are closed, work in sections so the space stays usable, and use low-odor paints inside. Exteriors are planned around deliveries and customer parking. Tell us your hours and we build the schedule to them.

A proposal that lists the areas, the prep, the products and the schedule, with a price for each part so you can approve what you need now and hold the rest. Color Pros is a licensed California C-33 painting contractor, license 982715, with a contractor’s bond and workers’ compensation on file with the state, which is what most property managers and GCs need to see before a crew is on site.

Can you work nights and weekends?
Yes. Most commercial interiors are done outside business hours. Tell us when the space is free.
Do you carry workers’ compensation?
Yes. Workers’ compensation and the contractor’s bond are on file with the California Contractors State License Board under license 982715, which you can check on the CSLB website.
Do you do tenant improvements and turnovers?
Yes. Repainting a unit or a suite between tenants, including drywall patching, is regular work for us.
Can you match an existing brand color?
Yes. Bring the paint code or a sample and we match it; for a storefront in a center with a required palette we paint to the landlord’s spec.
